Adventuredome at Circus, Circus

We promised the kids we'd take them to the Adventuredome at Circus, Circus because we missed all the fun of San Diego (our original plan included San Diego Zoo and Sea World San Diego).

We decided it was worth it to drive out to Nellis AFB, Las Vegas, to purchase discounted tickets. Our mistake? Afternoon work traffic! Ugh! Because we took so long, I didn't get to meet up with one of my Hawaii friends, Kris. So sorry!

Still, we made it back to Circus, Circus, and had a great time! TLO and I stuck to the kiddy rides, while Hubby took the big kids on some of the scarier ones. Hubby had to ride the roller coaster by himself, because we were all too wimpy to join him. I also didn't realize what a big kid he was when it came to carnival-type games...or Kid's Gambling, as Foo said.

We all had a blast on the bumper cars (although I got hit pretty hard in the stomach and was sure I had spleen damage.) Not sure if Foo will actually ever get that license, though!

After a fun time, we had Mexican food at the Blue Iguana, which was surprisingly yummy!

Back to the RV. Nighty-night!
